在液压缸并行设计系统中,提出了CAD CAPP并行集成的思想,认为零件设计与工艺设计是一个宏观上并行,微观上串行的过程。应用特征技术建立了面向并行集成环境的零件模型;建立了基于知识的工艺决策;给出了面向并行集成环境的CAPP系统的总体结构和信息需求;实现了面向并行工程的液压缸CAPP系统。
In the hydraulic cylinder parallel design system, the idea of CAD CAPP parallel integration is proposed. It is considered that the part design and process design are a macro-parallel and micro-serial process. The part model of parallel integrated environment was established by using the characteristic technology. The process decision based on knowledge was established. The overall structure and information requirement of CAPP system for parallel integrated environment were given. The CAPP system of hydraulic cylinder for parallel project was realized.
