目的对正常下颌下腺导管塑料铸型研究,分析下颌下腺导管系统规律。方法用增塑的自凝塑料灌注10例正常人下颌下腺导管系统获得铸型,测量、分析铸型的导管长度和直径。结果腺门扩张状态下呈纵径大于横经的壶腹状。一级导管与主导管之间的关系有分叉型和线干型之分,前者较多见。结论自凝塑料能较好的显示下颌下腺主导管和一级分支导管,压力状态下腺门处扩张明显,分叉型导管系统其主导管和分支导管有利于内镜导入,线干型分支导管内镜导入困难。
Objective To study the plastic mold of normal submandibular gland duct and to analyze the regularity of submandibular gland duct system. Methods Ten cases of normal submandibular gland catheter system were perfused with plasticized self-setting plastic to obtain the mold, and the length and diameter of the catheter in the mold were measured and analyzed. Results The dilatation of glandular portal was longer than ampulla in transverse direction. The relationship between a catheter and the main tube of the bifurcated and dry-type points, the former is more common. Conclusion Self-curing plastic can better show the submandibular gland main duct and a branch of the duct, the dilatation of the gland in the pressure state is obvious. The main duct and branch duct of the bifurcated ductal system are favorable for the endoscopic introduction. The dry branch duct Endoscopic import difficulties.
