我很同意一个观点:校风,即校长作风之缩影。我校是个重点小学,又是师范附小,肩负着双重任务。我校领导班子共有三人(校长、副校长、教导主任),人手少,事务多:外出开会、教研、观摩、接待来访,任何事都要管,有时弄得手忙脚乱。学校管理也一度显得有些混乱。为了改变这种忙于应付的被动局面,我们总结了前段工作的经验教训,提出了“约法三章”:
I very much agree with one view: school ethos, that is, the epitome of school style. My school is a key primary school, but also with a small teacher, shouldering the dual task.
