本工程于1984年5月10日开始作扩初设计,并于1984年8月10日完成全部施工图,从扩初审批到施工图完成,仅用了三个月的时间。本工程于1985年元月份破土动工,又于当年10月底竣工。 本工程系属文化教育设施,为蛇口工业区培训企业管理人员、翻译员等人材的场所,以及专为工业区服务的综合性图书馆。 本工程位于蛇口育才路,占地面积为4900平方米(70米×70米方形地段)。总建筑面积为6528.5平方米,其中教学楼4665.5平方米、图
This project began to expand the initial design on May 10, 1984, and completed all construction drawings on August 10, 1984. It took only three months from the initial approval to the completion of the construction drawing. The project broke ground in January 1985 and was completed at the end of October of that year. This project is a cultural and educational facility. It is a place where Shekou Industrial Zone trains corporate managers, translators, and other human resources, as well as a comprehensive library dedicated to industrial parks. The project is located in Yucai Road, Shekou, covering an area of 4,900 square meters (70 meters x 70 meters in a square area). The total construction area is 6528.5 square meters, including 4665.5 square meters of teaching buildings.
