干燥是建材、冶金、化工、轻工和食品等工业部门广为应用的重要工序之一。目前,干燥机正由低效通用向高效专用方向发展。一、现状和问题目前,筒式干燥机得到了广泛的应用,但是,对粘性泥料的干燥却没有一种较好的干燥设备。为此,许多单位力求提高干燥技术,在简体内设置了各种型式的热交换器,如升举式,圆弧挂链式,活动翻板式,简外锤击振打式等。还有的在筒体内投入钢球,也有的在湿物料中投入大量的干燥剂等。与此同时,为保证干燥物料所需的停留时间,工艺没计上采取了加长筒体长度,降低简体转速等。但这些都因物料板沿轴线方向交错平行安装,平面布置不合理(图1),导致物料在筒体内撒落时占据筒体磺断而不均匀,如图2所示。

First, the status quo and problems At present, the drum dryer has been widely used, however, the drying of viscous mud does not have a better drying equipment. To this end, many units strive to improve the drying technology, set up in simplified forms of various types of heat exchangers, such as the lift-type, arc hanging chain, movable flap type, Jane external hammer strikes and so on. There are also put ball in the cylinder body, and some in the wet material into a lot of desiccant. At the same time, in order to ensure the drying time required for the drying of materials, the process did not take the longer barrel length, reduce the simplified speed and so on. However, these are due to staggered parallel to the axial direction of the material plate installed, the layout is not reasonable (Figure 1), resulting in the material scattered in the cylinder when the tube occupy the tube broken and uneven, as shown in Figure 2.
