目的:研究艳山姜挥发油抗炎镇痛的药理作用,为建立以活性组分为基础的艳山姜质量标准提供实验依据。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及皮肤毛细血管通透性实验、醋酸致小鼠扭体反应与小鼠热板致痛等实验动物模型对艳山姜挥发油进行整体动物生物活性评价。结果:艳山姜挥发油能够显著减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数,延长热板痛反应时间,显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及皮肤毛细血管通透性的增高,与模型组比较差异有显著性。结论:艳山姜挥发油具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用,其挥发油含量分析,可以作为衡量艳山姜药材质量标准的指标性成分之一。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic pharmacological effects of the volatile oil of Yam Ginger and to provide the experimental evidence for establishing the quality standard of Yam Ginger based on the active ingredients. Methods: The animal model of Yam Ginger volatile oil was evaluated by using xylene-induced auricle swelling and capillary permeability in mice, writhing reaction induced by acetic acid in mice and hot plate pain induced by mouse. Results: Volatile oil from Yam Ginger significantly reduced writhing times in acetic acid-induced mice, prolonged the reaction time of hot-plate pain, significantly inhibited xylene-induced auricle swelling and skin capillary permeability in mice, compared with the model group Significance. Conclusion: Volatile oil from Yam Ginger has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and its volatile oil content analysis can be used as one of the index components to measure the quality standard of Yam Ginger.
