在知识经济时代,企业的竞争体现为创新能力的竞争,有效融合创新资源成为技术创新的关键,社会资本具有加速这种融合的作用。本文从社会资本的信任机制、要素获取机制、创新扩散机制三个方面分析了社会资本在加速要素融合中的重要作用,分析了社会资本促进科技型中小企业发展的作用机理,并以清河羊绒产业发展为案例对理论进行了验证,说明了科技型中小企业构建和培育社会资本的重要性。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, the competition of enterprises reflects the competition of innovation ability. The effective integration of innovation resources becomes the key of technological innovation. Social capital has the function of accelerating this integration. This paper analyzes the important role of social capital in accelerating factor integration from three aspects: the trust mechanism of social capital, the factor acquisition mechanism and the innovation diffusion mechanism. It analyzes the mechanism of social capital in promoting the development of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises, Development as a case to verify the theory shows that the importance of science and technology SMEs to build and nurture social capital.
