新课程要求教师成为一名反思型教师。近年来,教学反思作为教师自我完善、自主发展的一种方式,是促进教师专业成长的重要而有效的途径,已经成为当前教师教育改革的一个重要方向,受到世界各国的广泛关注。教学反思是教师为了提高教学的效果,在教学反思意识下,对已经发生或正在发生的教学活动以及背后的教学理论进行积极主动的思考,并且不断发现和解决问题的活动过程。
