“作为基层干部,我来自群众之中,工作、生活都与老百姓在一起,老百姓想什么、急什么、盼什么,我们都要第一时间了解和回应;作为来自基层的全国人大代表,我肩负着乡亲们的重托,要把百姓的呼声、期盼、诉求带到大会……”3月5日晚,面对多位记者采访,全国人大代表、深圳市龙岗区南岭村社区居委会主任张育彪畅谈基层干部工作生活苦与乐。
