1.引言离体繁殖技术能在蔬菜作物上应用:(1)生产无病毒母株,(2)大量生产遗传上一致的植株,(3)大量繁殖难以产生种子的植物。需要特别考虑三个方面。它们是:外植体来源,培养物的营养要求以及培养物所处的环境条件。外植体的初始状况是最重要的,能决定无性繁殖的成功与否。蔬菜作物外植体材料来源很多,其中有:子叶、下胚轴、叶片,腋芽、枝尖和茎尖,或其它分生组织区域。幼嫩组

INTRODUCTION In vitro propagation techniques can be applied to vegetable crops: (1) production of virus-free mother plants, (2) mass production of genetically identical plants, and (3) large-scale production of seed-poor plants. Three aspects need special consideration. These are: the origin of the explant, the nutrient requirements of the culture, and the environmental conditions in which the culture is present. The initial condition of the explant is the most important and decides the success of asexual reproduction.
