通过在水胶比为0.29的条件下,向混凝土中分别掺入0%、10%、15%、20%的粉煤灰,然后对其3、7、28 d标准养护以及8 h蒸养养护后的抗压强度进行比较的试验中,确定了当粉煤灰掺量为15%时抗压强度最高。然后选用炉渣、锗渣等矿渣完全替代混凝土中的砂子,对试件进行抗压强度和抗冻性能检测。结果表明:锗渣粉煤灰混凝土具有更高的抗压强度和最佳的抗冻性能,且其前期的强度增长较快,为加快施工速度、缩短施工周期提供了理论依据。
