采用落锤撕裂(DWTT)试验方法对两种输油(气)管线钢及其环焊接头的低温韧性进行了实验研究,对断裂过程中裂纹萌生和扩展的特性进行了分析讨论,并对用DWTT来评定管材及其焊接接头的韧脆转化能力进行丁探讨。
The low temperature toughness of two kinds of pipeline (gas) pipeline steel and its welding joints were experimentally studied by using drop weight tear (DWTT) test method. The characteristics of crack initiation and propagation during fracture were analyzed and discussed. Using DWTT to assess the ductile-to-brittle transformation of pipe and its welded joints.
