Energy Daily, 2013-05-05 Japan and Russia signed an agreement on May 29 to jointly explore offshore oil and gas fields on the Russian Far East coast. Japan’s Yomiuri Shimbun reported that Inpex and Rosneft agreed to jointly develop Magadan, Russia’s estimated oil reserve of 3.4 billion bbl.
