2001年《全日制义务教育语文课程标准(实验稿)》中首次提出“综合性学习”模块,它与“识字与写字”、“阅读”、“写作”、“口语交际”四个方面共同组成小学语文教材五大版块,其目的是为了顺应知识国际化,经济全球化等国际趋势,培养二十一世纪所需要的综合型人才。“综合性学习”的出现从小学语文教学方面来看是对学生语文知识之间的综合,是语文科与其他学科之间的综合,是学习与生活之间的综合;是促进学生听、说、读、写等语文能力整体性、协调性发展的要求;对学生形成团队合作意识,自主学习意识,提高实践能力等具有现实意义。
