目的:研究乳腺良恶性病变核仁组织区嗜银蛋白和细胞形态定量。方法:利用改良的AgNOR 染色和传统的HE染色测定乳腺良恶性病变AgNOR 颗粒面积、数目和细胞形态定量。结果:(1) 细胞面积、核面积、核质比值、细胞周长、AgNOR 颗粒面积及颗粒数目在乳腺良恶性病变之间存在显著差别( P< 0-0005) ;(2) 细胞面积、核面积及颗粒面积在Ⅰ级乳腺癌与Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级乳腺癌之间有显著差别( P< 0-01) ,核质比值在Ⅰ级与Ⅲ级之间有显著差别( P<0-01) ;(3) 颗粒数目在Ⅲ级乳腺癌与Ⅱ级、Ⅰ级乳腺癌有显著差别(P< 0-05 和P< 0-005) ;(4) 细胞形态各参数与颗粒面积和颗粒数目高度相关。结论:AgNOR 和细胞形态定量可作为乳腺良恶性病变鉴别、乳腺癌分级的客观指标。
Objective: To study the quantification of arginine-like protein and cell morphology in nucleolar regions of benign and malignant breast lesions. METHODS: AgNOR particle size, number and cell morphology were measured using modified AgNOR staining and conventional HE staining. Results: (1) There were significant differences in cell area, nuclear area, nuclear-to-cytoplasmic ratio, cell perimeter, AgNOR particle area, and number of particles between benign and malignant breast lesions (P < 0-0005); (2) Cell area and nucleus Area and particle area were significantly different between grade I breast cancer and grade II and grade III breast cancer (P<0-01), and the ratio of nuclear to cytoplasm was significantly different between grade I and grade III (P<0-01). (3) The number of particles in grade III breast cancer was significantly different from grade II, grade I breast cancer (P < 0-05 and P <0-005); (4) Cell morphology parameters and particle area and number of particles Highly correlated. Conclusion: AgNOR and cell morphology quantification can be used as the objective indicators for the differentiation of benign and malignant breast lesions and breast cancer grading.
