2002年是我国改革开放具有重大意义的一年,也是推进卫生改革与发展的重要一年。我司将以江泽民总书记“三个代表”重要思想为指导,以贯彻落实《关于在农村卫生改革与发展的指导意见》和(关于城镇医药卫生体制改革的指导意见》为重点,积极推进农村卫生改革与发展,促进社区卫生服务、妇幼卫生和健康教育工作。认真落实2002年全国卫生工作会议确定的各项任务,抓住机遇,更新观念、知难而进,扎实工作,求真务实,开拓进取,全面推进基层卫生与妇幼保健工作。
The year 2002 was a year of great significance for China’s reform and opening up, and it was also an important year for advancing health reform and development. Our company will use Jiang Zemin’s General Secretary’s “Three Represents” as the guide to implement the Guidance Opinions on Rural Health Reform and Development and the Guiding Opinions on the Reform of Urban Medical and Health Systems, and actively promote rural areas. Health reform and development, promote community health services, maternal and child health and health education, earnestly implement various tasks identified in the 2002 National Health Work Conference, seize opportunities, update concepts, advance with difficulties, work solidly, and be realistic and pragmatic. Forge ahead and comprehensively promote primary health and maternal and child health care.
