本文分析了现有氢敏感元件对锑化氢中毒原因,寻找一种锑及其化合物的疏离物质,并对用该物质做成的氢敏感元件进行抗毒考核和抗毒机理分析。
In this paper, the causes of hydrogen sulfide poisoning in existing hydrogen sensitive devices were analyzed, and a kind of antimony compound and its derivatives were found out. The hydrogen sensitive elements made of this material were also tested for their anti - virus and anti - virus mechanism.
