对蓄热燃烧原理、高温低氧燃烧、低NOx 排放 ,陶瓷蓄热体材质、形状、大小以及蓄热式换热器结构、换向时间和换向阀等关键技术和相关问题进行了系统研究和分析 ,同时介绍陶瓷球蓄热式换热器在工业窑炉上的应用情况 ,结果表明 ,此项技术可从根本上提高工业窑炉的热效率 ,热效率可达70 %~ 80 % ,节能可达 5 4% ,实现高效低耗 ,清洁环保的目的
