本文用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵+乙醇/含苦味酸的二氯甲烷/蔗糖水溶液为研究体系,在油水界面建立可兴奋性人工膜,根据有味物质对该体系振荡波形频率的影响,用计算机对酸味物质乙酸进行了定量测定,取得了满意的结果。并解释了该味觉电化学传感器产生电位振荡响应的机理和利用计算机进行定量测定的方法。
