针对传统数据采集系统功耗大,数据采集单一化,传输可靠性低等问题,本文设计了一套基于XBee的无线数据采集系统。其采用超低功耗单片机MSP430为核心采集、存储多种类型传感器数据,并通过XBee模块组建的Zig Bee Mesh网络传输数据至PC机进行实时监测。通过实验证明该系统支持多种传感器类型,室外传输距离达1.3Km,整体休眠电流低至100μA,数据传输可靠性高,可实现生产现场环境信息的有效、快速、准确、可靠采集,具有广阔的应用前景。
Aiming at the problems of large power consumption, single data collection and low transmission reliability of traditional data acquisition system, this paper designs a set of wireless data acquisition system based on XBee. It adopts ultra-low power single-chip MSP430 as the core to collect and store various types of sensor data and transmit the data to a PC for real-time monitoring through the Zig Bee Mesh network formed by the XBee module. The experiment proves that the system supports a variety of sensor types, the outdoor transmission distance of 1.3Km, the overall sleep current as low as 100μA, high reliability of data transmission, enabling efficient, rapid, accurate and reliable collection of environmental information on the production site, with a broad Application prospects.
