对外经济贸易大学为创新学生党建工作,在实施“红色助手”制度中,充分调动学生党员的主观能动性,选聘品学兼优的学生党员担任班主任助理;与学业困难学生实行一对一学业指导;开展学生党员责任区建设,在班级建设、学业辅导、党员责任区建设等方面切实发挥了大学生党员的主体性,促进了学生党建和德育工作创新。
In order to innovate the party building for students, the University of International Business and Economics fully mobilizes the initiative of student party members in the implementation of the system of “red assistant”, selects student party members with good academic qualities as assistant teachers in charge of class work, and performs one-on-one Academic guidance; to carry out the construction of the student party members responsibility area, in class construction, academic counseling, construction of party members and other areas of responsibility to effectively exert the subjectivity of college student party members, and promote innovation in student party construction and moral education.
