以1年生苗木为材料,用营养液培养的方法研究了绒毛白蜡对NaCl胁迫的反应以及调节机制,结果表明:苗木在处于NaCl胁迫条件下,体内还原糖积累,Na及其他无机离子总量大幅度上升,证明积累渗透调节物质是绒毛白蜡耐盐的机制之一。水培条件下,NaCl对绒毛白蜡的半致死浓度是0.45%,在NaCl高于0.8%时,苗木不能成活、生长。
The 1-year-old seedlings were used as materials to study the response of villus wax to NaCl stress and the regulation mechanism by nutrient solution culture. The results showed that under the condition of NaCl stress, the accumulation of reducing sugar in vivo and the total amount of Na and other inorganic ions Amplitude increases, proof of the accumulation of osmotica is one of the mechanisms of salt tolerance of villus wax. Under hydroponic conditions, the lethal concentration of NaCl to villus wax was 0.45%. When NaCl was above 0.8%, seedlings could not survive and grow.
