对综合性大学12大学科门类男、女大学生的调查表明:大学生群体的体育生活现状不佳,学生的自评满意度较低;为达成建构大学生体育生活方式的目标实施个性化教学具有深厚的民意基础和广阔的实践需求。建议从尊重生命和发掘每一个学生的个人价值出发,着力建构“培养大学生体育生活方式”的个性化教学体系:以主体性为师生关系的纽带;以回归生活世界为个性化教学的范式;以情意教学、民主教学为个性化教学的模式;以教师指导、学生自治为个性化教学的策略;以发展为个性化的教与学的评价理念。
A survey of 12 college and university male and female undergraduates in general universities shows that undergraduates have poor sports life and students ’satisfaction with self-evaluation is low. In order to achieve the goal of constructing undergraduates’ sports life style, they have deep The basis of public opinions and broad practical needs.
