本研究对正常人20名和舌根癌患者8例;于术前、术后应用口腔气流压计算机分析系统检测,以期获得有关生理指标及舌功能障碍状态下口腔气流压变化的数据,为检测和评价术后舌功能恢复提供一种有效的检查手段。结果发现:①本法无损伤性,而且其他优点较多;②正常人口腔气流任,男女间无明显差异(P>0.05);③舌根癌术前与本后口腔气流压变化,对照组口腔气流压,即吮吸时为-9.2kPa~-41.6kPa之间;平均为-26.7kPa;在最小、最大吮吸值及吞烟值上,受检组压力值均小于对照组,但术后1,6个月观察显示:虽然口腔气流压均低于对照组,但随着时间延长,均有不断上升的趋势.其术后1,6个月的恢复率分别为鼓气38.1%,53.78%;吮吸为62%,76%;吞咽为64%.82%。
