职校学生物理成绩的两极分化一直是教学中突出的一个矛盾,也是影响学生素质提高的一个重要因素。为扭转这一局面,使学生得到全面发展,广大教育工作者无不为之深思,为之潜心研究。诚然,教材、教法改革是解决这一问题的有力措施,辅导差生也是消除两极分化的必要手段,但我们必须明确,在掌握知识的过程中,学生不但受智力因素的制约,而且还受心理品质即非智力因素的影响。
The polarization of physical scores of vocational school students has always been a prominent contradiction in teaching and an important factor that affects the improvement of students’ quality.
