近年来,内镜下硬化剂治疗使70％～75％的食管曲张静脉破裂出血的病例止血而成为首选的急诊治疗手段。生长抑素在一些试验中显示比安慰剂有效,与血管加压素、三腔管疗效相近,而死亡率低、副作用少。本项随机研究旨在比较生长抑素和硬化剂治疗急性曲张静脉出血的有效性和安全性。
In recent years, the treatment of endoscopic sclerotherapy 70% to 75% of cases of esophageal variceal bleeding hemostasis and become the preferred emergency treatment. Somatostatin has been shown to be more effective than placebo in some trials and has similar efficacy with vasopressin and triple-lumen tubes with less mortality and fewer side effects. This randomized study aims to compare the efficacy and safety of somatostatin and sclerotherapy in the treatment of acute variceal bleeding.
