陆万美同志一九一○年十月出生于云南省昆明市,一九八三年十一月十六日因病逝世。终年七十三岁。万美同志早年受马列主义影响,二十年代中期就从事革命文学创作,在云南和国内进步报刊上发表诗文和译作,揭露旧世界的黑暗,热烈地表达了向往光明,追求真理的革命理想。在这段时间里,和艾思奇、聂耳等革命青年建立了深厚的战斗情谊。
Lv Wanmei was born in Kunming, Yunnan Province in October 1910 and died on the 16th of November 1983. Seventy-three years old. In his early years, under the influence of Marxism-Leninism, Comrade Wan Mei was engaged in the creation of revolutionary literature in the mid-1920s. He published poetry and translations in Yunnan and domestic progressive newspapers to expose the darkness of the Old World and warmly expressed his revolutionary ideal of seeking the truth and pursuing the truth . During this period of time, we established profound fighting sentiments with revolutionary youths such as Ai Siqi and Nie Er.
