为了降低氮氧化物排放浓度,采用分级燃烧技术对贵溪电厂300 MW机组锅炉进行了低氮燃烧器改造。但改造后锅炉飞灰含碳量增加较多,造成锅炉效率下降。针对改造后的燃烧状况变化,通过优化调整试验找出了炉膛出口氧量、二次风配风方式、燃尽风控制方式、一次风速等对锅炉效率和NOx排放量的影响规律。依据研究结果,确定了该炉的最佳运行方案,使得该机组锅炉效率提高了0.8%,NOx的排放量下降了47%。
In order to reduce the concentration of nitrogen oxides emission, the staged combustion technology was used to retrofit a low nitrogen burner to the boiler of 300 MW unit in Guixi Power Plant. However, after the transformation boiler fly ash increased carbon content, resulting in reduced boiler efficiency. Aiming at the change of combustion condition after modification, the influence rules of furnace outlet oxygen amount, secondary air distribution mode, combustion air control mode and primary air velocity on boiler efficiency and NOx emission were found through optimization and adjustment test. According to the research results, the optimal operation plan of the furnace was determined, which improved the boiler efficiency by 0.8% and the NOx emission by 47%.
