在党的群众路线教育实践活动中,云南省宾川县深入推行干部直接联系群众工作,以抓实干部“走读”专项整治为突破口,密切党群干群关系,积极营造干部职工心齐气顺、团结干事的良好氛围。一是抓学习教育,从思想认识上扭转,实现“不愿走”。组织干部职工对正反典型案例进行学习,认真讨论自己的差距和不足,切实剖析产生“走读”的原因,从思想认识上予以扭转。
