文化的传播过程中,传播路径与传播规则是两个重要方面,它们共同决定文化传播的结果。在探讨工程文化传播路径与传播规则的基础上,运用计算机仿真模拟,通过改变工程组织主体之间文化沟通概率等条件,分析工程文化的传播过程及其影响因素。研究表明,通过加强工程组织主体之间的文化沟通、定期邀请高层决策者开展工程文化宣传、构建持久有效的交流方式与渠道等手段,可以有效提高工程文化的形成与传播速度。
In the process of cultural dissemination, the propagation path and dissemination rules are two important aspects that together determine the outcome of cultural dissemination. On the basis of discussing the propagation path and propagation rules of engineering culture, this paper analyzes the propagation process of engineering culture and its influencing factors by using computer simulation and changing the conditions of cultural communication between engineering organizations. The research shows that by strengthening the cultural communication between the main organizations of engineering organizations, it is necessary to invite high-level policy makers to carry out propaganda of engineering culture on a regular basis and establish lasting and effective ways and channels of communication so as to effectively enhance the formation and propagation speed of engineering culture.
