通过电炉→LF→VD流程冶炼的低碳高锰钢浇注成300mm×360mm大方坯后,在铸坯表面发现裂纹.利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱分析仪对铸坯表面裂纹进行分析,发现裂纹的产生与钢的化学成分、钢中夹杂物、钢水温度、保护渣和析出物等因素有关.在实际生产中可以从钢水窄成分控制,提高钢水洁净度,合理控制钢水温度,采用结晶器专用保护渣等方面来提高连铸坯表面质量.
