以氟嘧菌酯和番茄灰霉病菌为试材,采用菌丝生长速率法和番茄果实活体接种法,研究了25%氟嘧菌酯EC对番茄灰霉菌的影响。结果表明:氟嘧菌酯对番茄灰霉病菌菌丝生长抑制的EC50值为0.4415μg/mL。氟嘧菌酯也具有一定的保护活性,抑制菌丝侵染番茄果实;25%氟嘧菌酯EC 1 200倍液,2次施药后30d和60d对番茄灰霉病的防效为91.03%和86.25%。综合来看,25%氟嘧菌酯EC对番茄灰霉病的防效较好,值得推广应用。
With fluoxastrobin and Botrytis cinerea as test materials, the effects of 25% fluoxastrobin EC on Botrytis cinerea were studied by mycelial growth rate method and tomato fruit inoculum method. The results showed that the EC50 value of fluoxastrobin against mycelial growth of Botrytis cinerea was 0.4415μg / mL. Fluoxastrobin also had some protective activity against mycelial infection of tomato fruit; the control efficacy of 25% fluoxastrobin EC 1 200 times, 30 d and 60 d after two application times on tomato gray mold was 91.03% And 86.25%. Taken together, 25% fluoxastrobin EC has a good control effect on Botrytis cinerea, which is worth popularizing and applying.
