本文研究了加硫酸钙为粘合剂的氧化铝薄层板的制备方法和影响挥发油中成分分离的各种因素.试验指出,用通过120号筛孔的中性氧化铭(5份),硫酸钙(1份),水(7份)调制成糊,涂于玻璃板上,再于120℃烘烤2小时即制得良好的薄层板,适于挥发油中主要成分的分离和鉴定.作者还观察了10种显色剂对各类成分的显色情况,并且应用本文方法对12种挥发油中主要成分进行鉴定,均获得良好的结果.此外,对30种中药的挥发油制出了薄层层离谱.
In this paper, the preparation method of alumina thin-layer plates with calcium sulfate as binder and various factors affecting the separation of components in volatile oils are studied. The experiment indicates that neutral oxides (5 parts) passed through No. 120 mesh are used for sulfuric acid. Calcium (1 part) and water (7 parts) were prepared into a paste, applied to a glass plate, and baked at 120° C. for 2 hours to prepare a good thin layer plate, which is suitable for the separation and identification of main components in volatile oil. The color development of 10 kinds of colorants was also observed, and the main components of the 12 volatile oils were identified using this method. Good results were obtained. In addition, thin layers of the volatile oil of 30 kinds of Chinese medicines were produced. Delamination.
