采用粉末冶金方法制备了一系列体积含量不同的氧化铝颗粒增强钼基复合材料。测定了复合材料的硬度,观察了复合材料组织形貌,并且对复合材料在3.5%NaCl以及1mol/LNaOH溶液中的腐蚀性能进行了检测。结果表明:随着氧化铝增强相的加入,材料的布氏硬度提高;当氧化铝颗粒加入到20%时,颗粒会出现团聚;加入氧化铝颗粒降低了材料的耐盐溶液腐蚀性能,但对材料耐碱溶液腐蚀性能影响不大。
A series of alumina particles reinforced molybdenum matrix composites with different volume contents were prepared by powder metallurgy method. The hardness of the composites was measured, the morphology of the composites was observed, and the corrosion resistance of the composites in 3.5% NaCl and 1 mol / L NaOH solution was also tested.
