新课改的教学期望是每位学生都能获得关注和发展,这与以人为本的教育理念不谋而合,然而现实中很多学校班级多、班额过大,教学过程中学生的主体性发挥不充分,教师要顾及到所有学生会感到困难,这给教师的教育教学带来了挑战。无论在常态课上还是公开课上,通常教师都会不由自主地多关注“优秀”的学生;在课堂问答中,个别“好”的孩子回答了好几次,而“默默无闻”的孩子总是被遗忘。那么在大班额的教育教学中,怎样关注到每一位学生的发展,让孩子能自主地、乐意地学习呢?一、帮助学生树立终身学习的意识,让学生自主学习终身学习是指社会成员为适应社会发展和实现个体发展的需要,贯穿于人的一生的、持续的学习过程。
