挂篮预压可以检验挂篮主构架的强度和刚度,以及稳定性和安全性,并取得挂篮塑性变形以及弹性变形等数据,为以后施工中标高控制提供依据。本文阐述了陕西神府项目窟野河特大桥Z48#墩挂篮预压施工,并对用反力架预压的方法作了简要总结。
The preloading of the basket can check the strength and rigidity of the main structure of the hanging basket as well as the stability and safety, and obtain the data of the plastic deformation and the elastic deformation of the hanging basket so as to provide the basis for the future elevation control in construction. This paper describes the prestressed construction of Z48 # pier basket in Kuye River Bridge in Shaanxi Shenfu Project and summarizes the method of preloading with the reaction frame.
