幼儿教育质量的提高成为幼教专家、幼教人员关注的焦点,而幼儿教师的有效提问是提高幼儿教育质量的关键环节。作为新的幼儿教师,应该把有效提问作为提高幼儿教育质量的关键。本文通过问卷调查方式对幼儿园新手教师有效提问相关的提问目的、提问类型、提问对象、提问后等待时间、选择的回答方式以及回应方式等进行了调查,发现当前幼儿园新手教师提问存在的一些问题并试图提出建设性的意见。
The improvement of preschool education quality has become the focus of preschool education teachers and preschool teachers, and the effective questioning of preschool teachers is the key link to improve preschool education quality.
