我国刑事诉讼法中如何设立“采取政府强制医疗措施程序”的问题。对设立“采取政府强制医疗措施程序”的可行性和必要性以及“采取政府强制医疗措施程序”的概念和特征进行分析和研究 ,同时 ,对我国刑事诉讼法中设立“采取政府强制医疗措施程序”进行法条设计 ,以供立法机关将来修改刑事诉讼法时参考。
How to Establish the Procedure of Adopting Government Compulsory Medical Measures in Criminal Procedure Law of Our Country. The author analyzes and studies the concept and characteristics of “the procedure of government compulsive medical treatment procedure” and the concept and characteristic of “adopting the procedure of government compulsory medical treatment”. At the same time, it analyzes and studies the concept of “adopting government compulsory medical treatment procedure ”The law is designed for reference by the legislature in the future when the Code of Criminal Procedure is amended.
