新安江水电站,电站枢纽采用混凝土宽缝重力坝、坝后式厂房厂顶溢流式。主厂房呈∏型钢筋混凝土框架结构,下部与大坝分开、上部用1m厚的钢筋混凝土拉板连接一体。副厂房在主厂房与大坝之间,其顶部采用简支倒T型梁回填混凝土接缝(如图1)。厂顶为溢洪道,要求混凝土强度高、且具有抗冲耐磨的能力。1964年,施工单位对厂房顶混凝土表面作了采用环氧砂浆抹面处理。
Xin’anjiang Hydropower Station uses a concrete wide-slot gravity dam at the power station hub and a factory-overhead overflow at the post-dam plant. The main building is a concrete reinforced concrete frame structure, the lower part is separated from the dam, and the upper part is connected with a reinforced concrete puller plate with a thickness of 1m. The auxiliary building is between the main plant and the dam, and the top is made of simple-support inverted T-beam backfill concrete joints (see Figure 1). The top of the plant is a spillway, requiring high concrete strength and the ability to resist abrasion and wear. In 1964, the construction unit applied epoxy mortar to the top concrete surface of the plant.
