目的:为了探讨TGF-β1及其受体在肿瘤发病中的作用。方法:本文选取了30例原发性肝癌患者的癌组织和癌旁组织,用免疫组化及核酸狭缝杂交,图像分析仪半定量的方法,从基因转录和蛋白质表达水平分析TGF-β1及TGF-β1受体的含量。结果:在肿瘤发生的情况下,癌细胞,癌旁组织细胞均表达TGF-β1,后者分泌量明显高于前者,同时,癌旁有大量的TGF-β1受体表达,而癌细胞大部分为阴性。结论:TGF-β1受体的缺失,可能是肿瘤细胞逃避TGF-β1抑制生长作用的方式。
Objective: To investigate the role of TGF-β1 and its receptor in the pathogenesis of tumors. Methods: In this study, we selected 30 cases of primary liver cancer and adjacent non-cancerous tissues. Immunohistochemistry, nucleic acid hybridization and image analysis were used to analyze the expression of TGF-β1 and TGF-β1 receptor content. Results: In the case of tumorigenesis, the expression of TGF-β1 in cancer cells and adjacent tissues was significantly higher than that in the former, while there was a large number of TGF-β1 receptors in the adjacent tissues. However, most of the cancer cells Negative. Conclusion: The absence of TGF-β1 receptor may be the way tumor cells escape the inhibitory effect of TGF-β1.
