为了统一北大港地区的领导,合理地利用该地区的资源,促进副食、工业原料和农业生产的发展,河北省人民委员会最近决定:将北大港全部水面和黄骅县的沙井子公社、太平村公社、歧口公社的马棚口村、大苏庄农场和静海县的徐庄子公社、静海农场、赵连庄的九个村,划归天津市领导。将以上地区和南郊、西郊两区的各一部地区,台并建立天津市北大港区。目前该区的筹备接交工作已接近完毕,区人委的机构已经建立,开始工作。

The above areas and the southern suburbs, the western suburbs of each of the two regions, Taiwan and the establishment of Beida district of Tianjin. At present, the preparatory work for the handover of the area is nearing completion. The institution of the district people’s committee has been established and the work started.
