21世纪初在国家大力推行教育改革,特别是在深化高等教育改革的大环境下,国家加大了大学生的培养力度,在全国范围内组建和新成立了数以千计的高等职业院校,在合并组建的过程中都面临着新校区的建设和建设资金短缺的困境,因而导致这些职业技术学院在合并组建过程中和组建后的档案管理工作存在好多问题,本文就合并组建类高等职业院校档案管理工作存在的问题及对策谈谈自己的认识。
At the beginning of the 21st century, China vigorously promoted educational reform. In particular, under the macro environment of deepening the reform of higher education, the state has stepped up training of its undergraduates and formed or newly established thousands of higher vocational colleges across the country. In the course of the process of the merger and establishment, both the construction of new campuses and the shortage of funds for construction are faced with. As a result, there are many problems in the management of archives during and after the merger and establishment of these vocational and technical colleges.
