浙江省腐蚀与防护学会成立大会于1985年3月21～23日在杭州召开,参加大会的有来自全省各地的98名腐蚀与防护领域的科技工作人员。中国腐蚀与防护学会付理事长石声泰和省科协学会部付部长俞(金双)(金双)到会致词。徐崇嗣付教授代表筹备组作了“浙江省腐蚀与防护学会筹备工作报告”。会上邀请了石声泰、叶康民、曹楚南和宋诗哲等四位专家在大会作学术报告,省内科技人员共有43篇论文参加了分组学术交流。成立大会上选举产生了十七名理事,并且召开了第一届理事会,推选产生了理事会人员:
The founding meeting of Zhejiang Society for Corrosion and Protection was held in Hangzhou on March 21-23, 1985. There were 98 scientific and technical personnel in the field of corrosion and protection from all parts of the province attending the conference. President of China Society for Corrosion and Protection, Shi Shengtai, minister of Department of Ministry of Science and Technology of Shaanxi Association of Science and Technology Yu (double) (Jin Shuang) addressed the meeting. Professor Xu Chongsi Fu on behalf of the preparatory group made a “Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Corrosion and Protection Preparation Report.” At the meeting, four experts including Shi Shengtai, Ye Kangmin, Cao Chu’nan and Song Shizhe were invited to give speeches in the conference. A total of 43 papers from the provincial science and technology personnel participated in the group academic exchange.
