教育部颁布《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》以来,我国高等院校积极响应其内容,加强体育工作,提高学生素质,体育教学质量和效果有明显提高,体育课程体系内容体系得到优化。但是针对中央民族大学这样一所具有56个民族组成的全国重点民族类大学它的体育课程体系和内容体系的建立和组成是怎样的?有着哪些自己的优势和弊端?文章采用调查法,文献资料法,访谈法等,先对高等学校体育课程体系和内容体系进行了阐述与分析,并对中央民族大学的体育课程体系和内容体系现状的调查结果进行深刻分析
