兰化公司石油化工厂仪表车间在深入开展“工业学大庆”的群众运动中,坚持“工人参加管理”的办企业路线。几年来,他们加强领导,发动群众,落实措施,在全车间掀起了为革命而教、为革命而学的技术培训热潮,收到了较好的效果。全厂仪表完好率由过去的百分之五十提高到百分之九十五左右,基本上满足了生产的需要,多次被评为公司的先进单位。现将他们在技术培训过程中,结合生产实践,实行互教互学的仪表自控小问答分期摘登,以供参考。由于我们水平有限,有关问答的提法不一定很确切;加之各地各单位的具体情况有所不同,亦具有各种问题及处理办法。所以,希望广大读者密切联系生产实践,善于提出问题,及时分析问题,勇于解决问题,并积极来信来稿参加各种问题的讨论,以共同促进我国化工自动化及仪表的情报交流。
