江西省人民政府令(52)财地财字第六号事由:为公布江西省城市房地产税稽征暂行办法由主送机关:南昌市人民政府、各专、县(市)人民政府。抄送机关:省税务局。兹依据中央人民政府政务院公布之「城市房地产税暂行条例」第十七条规定,特制定「江西省城市房地产税稽徵暂行办法」随令附发,希遵照执行为要!此令。附:江西省城市房地产税稽征暂行办法一份主席邵式平一九五二年五月九日
Order of the People’s Government of Jiangxi Province (52) Cai Di Cai Zi No. 6 Cause: Interim Measures for Publishing the Jurisprudence Collection of Urban Real Estate Tax in Jiangxi Province: The main delivery organ: Nanchang Municipal People’s Government, each prefecture, county (city) people’s government. CCC: Provincial Taxation Bureau. In accordance with Article 17 of the Provisional Regulations on Urban Real Estate Tax promulgated by the Central People’s Government, hereby formulated the Interim Measures for the Collection of Municipal and Real Estate Taxes in Jiangxi Province with the issuance of the order, and it is hoped that the order will be implemented.
