“虱婆声”是韶关市的一种系属未明的方言土语，迄今还没有得到系统深入的调查研究。本文分三部分：第一，对“虱婆声”的名称、分布、源流、双方言及多方言交际状况作了社会分析；第二，归纳“风婆声”的声韵调系统，在与梅县话为代表的客方言、广州话为代表的粤方言作共时比较的基础上分析其语音特点；第三，在与梅县话、广州话作比较的基础上，把“虱婆声”的语词概括为四种基本类型。
