液压锥差马达是一种新型液压马达,减速比大、矩功比高、能耗低、调速性能好。该型马达与一般液压马达相比具有全新的结构和功能,特别适用于低转速大转矩、高效率的领域。该课题研究了这种新型马达的原理和实现技术,包括配流转换技术、调速原理和方法、齿轮理论和多齿啮合性能、整机优化设计、样机试制和性能试验等。该项研究为国内空白,对于主机简化传动、节约能源、降低成本有着重要意义。
Hydraulic cone differential motor is a new type of hydraulic motor, large reduction ratio, high moment power, low energy consumption, speed performance. This type of motor compared with the general hydraulic motor with a new structure and function, especially for low speed high torque, high efficiency. The subject researched the principle and realization technology of this new type of motor, including the flow conversion technology, speed regulation principle and method, gear theory and multi-tooth meshing performance, machine optimization design, prototyping and performance testing. This research is a blank in the country, which is of great significance for the host to simplify transmission, save energy and reduce costs.
