目的探讨多层螺旋CT扫描及重组技术在疑难牙体牙髓病中的应用价值。方法对42例行根管治疗中或根管治疗术后出现临床症状,且普通X线片检查无法明确诊断的患者行螺旋CT扫描检查。采用多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重组(CPR)及容积再现(VR)技术扫描重组图像。结果所有42例患者经螺旋CT检查均能明确病因,诊断准确率100%。15颗患牙出现牙根隐裂,11例出现遗漏根管,16例出现根充物自根尖侧方超充。结论多层螺旋CT检查可以准确判断根裂、遗漏根管、超充牙胶、异常根管等疑难问题,为明确诊断以及治疗提供准确依据,在口腔复杂牙体牙髓病中具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the value of multislice spiral CT scanning and recombination technique in the diagnosis of difficult dental pulp disease. Methods 42 cases of endodontic treatment or postoperative root canal treatment of clinical symptoms, and the common X-ray examination can not be clearly diagnosed patients underwent spiral CT scan. The reconstructed images were scanned using multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), surface reconstruction (CPR) and volume rendering (VR) techniques. Results All 42 patients were confirmed by spiral CT, and the diagnostic accuracy was 100%. Root defects occurred in 15 teeth, 11 cases of root canal omission occurred, 16 cases appeared from the apical root tip root filling. Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT can accurately diagnose difficult problems such as root fissure, root canal omission, superficial denture, abnormal root canal and so on, and provide an accurate basis for accurate diagnosis and treatment. It has a good application in oral complex dental pulp disease prospect.
