为降低海上石油电网的经济成本,对某海上平台电网负荷分配进行研究。首先,考虑结垢对负荷分配的影响,以燃料经济性为优化目标设计3种燃气轮机海上石油平台电网负荷分配方案。接着进行案例研究,某海上石油平台电网有4台某型号单轴燃气轮机和2台某型号三轴燃气轮机,利用该海上石油电网模拟运行3种方案。结果表明:当总负荷为5.1 MW,方案2比方案1节省近62.5%的燃料量,方案3最多可节省方案2中燃料量的0.03%,验证方案3为最佳方案。研究表明负荷分配策略必须考虑燃机的结垢状况。
In order to reduce the economic cost of offshore oil and gas grids, the load distribution of an offshore platform grid is studied. First of all, considering the impact of scaling on load distribution, three types of gas turbine offshore platform load sharing schemes are designed with fuel economy as the optimization objective. Then, a case study is conducted. There are 4 single-shaft gas turbines and 2 3-shaft gas turbines of a certain type in the offshore oil platform grid. Three schemes are simulated by this offshore oil grid. The results show that when the total load is 5.1MW, the fuel consumption of Scenario 2 is saved by 62.5% compared with that of Scenario 1, Scenario 3 can save up to 0.03% of the fuel in Scenario 2, and Scenario 3 is the best solution. Studies have shown that load sharing strategies must consider the fouling of the combustion engine.
